Michael Castillo is a graduate of the University of California, Davis where he received two B.A.'s—one in International Relations: Peace and Security and the other in Chicano Studies: Policy Studies. He served as a tutor for the Davis Bridge program, which serves low-income and disadvantaged students in the community, as well being involved in several other organizations.

Ismael Díaz Herrera is a graduate of UC Irvine, earning B.A. degrees in Chicano/Latino Studies and Sociology. He earned his Masters degree in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He was a PPIA Fellow at the University of Michigan and a Galbraith Scholar at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.

Trinidad Solis is a graduate of Stanford University where she received her B.A. in Human Biology with Honors. As an undergraduate, she served as the co-chair for Chicanos/Latinos in Health Education (CHE) and helped organize the second largest pre-medical conference held at Stanford’s Medical School. The mission of the conference was to recruit more minority students into the medical field.
