Tomas Oliva is a recent graduate of the University of California, San Diego where he received his B.A. in Political Science- Public Law.  He worked for the Early Academic Outreach Program where he tutored students in low-income and disadvantaged communities.  His interests are Education and Law.  He was born in Los Angles and later moved to El Centro, CA which he considers to be his hometown.
