Juliá Delgadillo is a long time resident of the City of Alhambra in the San Gabriel Valley.   Her family is originally from Manzanillo, Colima and Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua. Juliá is a Representative Agent for the United States Government where she is a member of the Hispanic Advisory Committee and the Federal Employees Union.

Juliá is a former Community Relations Officer for the Latino Professional Network and has served on the board of Directors for St. Thomas More Catholic Church and as a Youth Advisor for the YMCA of the San Gabriel Valley.   A long-term catechist for the youth in her community parish, her varied philanthropic interests also include serving with "Hands Across the Border" The Latino Police Officers Association, Casa de Rosas Sunshine Mission, The Girl Scouts of San Gabriel Valley, and Girls Today Women Tomorrow. 

She is currently fundraises for The Children of Chiapas and for The Leukemia-Lymphoma Society.   Juliá joined Madrinas Padrinos Leadership Program in 2006 and now holds the position of Membership Officer.  Juliá is a graduate of the Youth Educational Leadership Program out of the University of Indiana, attended East Los Angeles College and is currently a student in the Public Relations and Philanthropy Program at University of California, Los Angeles, UCLA.
