Madrinas Padrinos Leadership Program


  Ms. Erica Jacquez-Santos
MPLP Co-Chair

Ms. Erica Jacquez-Santos is serving Los Angeles County Supervisor Gloria Molina as the First District Field and Unincorporated Services Director.  In this capacity, she functions as Molina's main community liaison and oversees the Supervisor’s satellite offices in East Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley. Prior to working in this capacity, Ms. Jacquez-Santos held several positions including Public Affairs Manager for the Southern California Gas Company, a Sempra Energy Utility and as the District Director for State Senator Martha Escutia serving the constituents of the 30th Senate District.

Edgar P. Cisneros currently serves as a legislative consultant for the California Senate Majority Caucus. He previously served as press secretary and district representative for California Senator Martha M. Escutia (Ret.). He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from California State University, Long Beach, is a native of Unincorporated East Los Angeles and is currently a resident of the City of Montebello. He has been involved with the CLCI Madrinas Padrinos Leadership Program since its inception in 2005.
