The goal of the program is to provide its members the skills necessary to maximize their leadership potential while creating a professional network of peers. |

The Madrinas Padrinos Leadership Program seeks members committed to fulfilling the mission of the California Latino Legislative Caucus Institute for Public Policy (the "Institute") in a manner consistent with and reflective of the values of the Institute.
